I quite understand what you mean, hun. But DE IVF may be my only chance to conceive. There are quite a lot of women with DOR who do manage to conceive. However, I’m not among them. We do continue to ttc naturally, but I’m not pregnant yet. Even if we opt DE IVF, I will be extremely grateful to woman who will share her eggs with me. I will love this child with all my heart.
P.S. The clinic’s reps offer us an opportunity to choose an egg by ourselves. If we sign up a contract with them, we’ll be able to enter their database and choose egg donors by ourselves.
Hi, Jumper! Thanks for your answer. The thing is we quite liked the egg donation package this clinic offers us. They don’t charge much and it’s really great. They offer us oocytes of 18-25 year old women. According to the contract, the clinic takes all responsibilities for finding a woman who would suit us as an egg donor. They have to test her health to make sure that she’s healthy enough to donate her eggs. They also have to check her heredity to find out whether her parents, grandparents, siblings, aunts and uncles are free from any hereditary issues. These are the things we really liked about the clinic.
