In the new video from Vanity Fair, Garner casually reads the book aloud in a singsong voice, uttering classic lines such as, “I know you’re not thirsty, that’s bullsh*t, you’re lying” and “a hot crimson rage fills my heart, love.”

“You’re cozy and warm in your bed my dear, now go the f—- to sleep,”
Garner isn’t the first star to offer a rendition of this timeless book; Samuel L. Jackson recorded an audio-book version and, Reading Rainbow star LeVar Burton read the book to raise funds for Children’s Miracle Network hospitals
